Flavia is passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and meditation. She is Brazilian with a Swiss soul and an Italian heart. She loves cycling, skiing and walking in nature. She began her spiritual journey at a young age and is a Reiki Master, and teacher of  Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Kids Yoga , Meditation and Pilates . With ongoing studies and specializations, she is always dedicated to evolution of Consciousness. Her journey spans continents and cultures, with over 16 years dedicated to practicing and teaching in Europe and Brazil. More than just a discipline, yoga is her way of life. Located in Basel, Switzerland, she offer a variety of yoga classes, retreats, and mindfulness programs designed to help you achieve balance and well-being choices. Her approach emphasizes self-awareness and mindful, guiding you to understand yourself better and make decisions nurture your mind, body, and spirit. She creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, regardless of experience level.
